What does it mean to embody spirit?

We are embodied spirits. The human body and spirit are interconnected. Through embodiment we experience integration of our mind-body-soul. Through connecting to spirit we connect to the truth of who we really are. To embody spirit is to awaken to aliveness, to presence, to wholeness. To embody spirit means to return to our essence.

“Some say the soul informs the body. But what if we were to imagine for a moment that the body informs the soul, helps it adapt to mundane life, parses, translates, gives the blank page, the ink, and the pen with which the soul can write upon our lives?” -Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves

I am here to remind you that you are already whole.

My intention is to walk with you on your healing journey and co-create a sacred space where we can tend to your body, mind, and spirit. I believe you are the expert on you, and my role is to facilitate your discovery of the strengths and resources you have within yourself.

I approach counseling through a heart-centered, non-pathologizing, humanistic lens. I enjoy weaving in mindfulness practices, somatics, expressive arts, nature therapy, and ritual/ceremony.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon and work with individuals ages 18+. At this time I am offering virtual sessions and outdoor sessions at parks/trails in South Eugene. I also co-facilitate a closed 6-week transpersonal community group in Eugene.

In-network with PacificSource Community Solutions (OHP), PacificSource commercial, & Providence.

I book at a sliding scale rate of $100-$300 for clients wishing to utilize private pay. If you have an insurance that I am not in-network with I can provide a superbill receipt for you to submit to your insurance if you have any out-of-network benefits or a health savings account you would like to use.
